GOSS launch Project Leader concept

GOSS Consultants Project Leaders / Project Element Leaders are professional project managers with experience gained in many industry sectors. The Project Leaders / Project Element Leaders can take ownership of projects / project elements and carry the enterprise through to delivery of client company and contractor required outcomes.These people can control project activities and can resolve challenging situations where required.

We have noticed that lessons learnt throughout the industry repeatedly tell of difficulties and conflicts to do with quality assurance. Appointment of a Project Leader / Project Element Leader will be seen as a strong, proactive commitment to quality.
